QidouCam 隐私政策
本政策适用于 QidouCam 0.1.0 TestFlight 本地处理测试版。App 无需账号，不提供在线服务。负责人：AureoleSunn（孙溢）；联系邮箱：aureolecinematic@qq.com。
1. 在设备上处理的数据
App 在你的设备上处理和保存拍摄的照片、RAW 文件、实况照片及其声音、LiDAR 深度、拍摄时间与相机参数、缩略图、风格设置、导入的 LUT 文件及使用偏好。这些内容用于拍摄、浏览和本地编辑。App 不将这些内容上传给我们，不内置广告、分析或追踪 SDK，不使用广告标识符，也不请求定位权限。
2. 权限与本机相册
相机权限用于拍照；麦克风权限仅在你开启实况照片时请求，用于录制实况照片的声音，拒绝后仍可拍摄无声实况照片；“添加照片”权限用于把本机文件另存到系统“照片”。本测试版不请求完整相册读取权限，不读取或下载 iCloud 原片，也不直接修改系统相册中的旧照片。更改风格后可另存新副本。你可以在 iOS“设置”中撤销权限，其他无需该权限的本地功能仍可使用。
3. 网络、同步与导出
App 不主动发起互联网请求；系统分享入口在本测试版关闭，App 内的隐私政策随安装包提供，可离线阅读。LUT 导入仅接收文件地址，请选择已下载到本机的文件；从其他文件提供商取得文件的行为由用户与 iOS 控制。开启“存到照片”时，App 仅向本机系统图库添加副本。若你启用了“iCloud 照片”或设备备份，iOS 可能按你的系统设置同步或备份相关数据，App 无法单独关闭系统同步。你也可以通过“文件”App 自行管理或导出本机文件。
4. 保存期限与删除
App 本地图册中的原件和设置保留在本机，直到你删除相应内容或删除 App。删除一张照片会移除 App 管理的原件、缩略图及旧版临时导出文件；新的风格导出临时文件在保存操作结束后清理。删除 App 可移除其本地数据；iOS 的“卸载 App”（保留文稿与数据）不同于删除 App。系统“照片”中的副本、你另行导出的文件和系统备份独立存在，需要在对应位置自行管理和删除。App 不保有服务器照片副本。
5. TestFlight 测试服务
TestFlight 的安装、更新、崩溃诊断与测试反馈由 Apple 提供。发布账号持有人可能收到 Apple 提供的测试诊断，以及你主动提交的反馈、截图或联系信息；这些由 Apple 的 TestFlight 规则和隐私说明约束。App 本身没有内置使用统计或崩溃上报 SDK。提交反馈前请检查截图和文字，避免附带不希望提供的个人信息。
6. 联系与隐私请求
如你主动通过 aureolecinematic@qq.com 联系我们，我们仅为回复问题和处理你的请求使用你提供的邮箱及邮件内容，并在处理所需期限内保留。你可通过同一邮箱提出访问、更正或删除相关邮件信息的请求。请勿在反馈中发送不必要的私人照片或其他敏感内容。App 不要求注册账号，也没有需要注销的 App 账号。
7. 未成年人、更新与网页访问
本 App 不针对儿童提供在线服务，也不主动收集儿童资料。政策变更会更新日期，并在 App 的后续版本及公开网页中提供。访问公开政策网页时，托管平台可能为交付网页和安全防护处理 IP 地址、请求信息等基础访问日志；网页不嵌入广告、访问统计、第三方字体或反馈表单。这与 App 内的本地照片处理相互独立。

QidouCam Privacy Policy
This policy covers the QidouCam 0.1.0 TestFlight beta with on-device processing. No account or online service is required. Responsible person: AureoleSunn（孙溢）. Contact: aureolecinematic@qq.com.
1. Data processed on your device
The app processes and stores captured photos, RAW files, Live Photos and their sound, LiDAR depth, capture dates and camera parameters, thumbnails, styles, imported LUT files and preferences on your device for capture, browsing and local editing. The app does not upload this content to us. It contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, does not use the advertising identifier and does not request location access.
2. Permissions and your local Photos library
Camera access is used to take photos. Microphone access is requested only when you turn on Live Photos, to record their sound; silent Live Photos remain available if access is denied. Add-only Photos access is used to save local files to the system Photos library. This beta does not request full Photos read access, fetch or download iCloud originals, or modify existing Photos assets. A changed style can be saved as a new copy. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings; unrelated local features remain available.
3. Network, sync and export
The app makes no internet requests. System sharing is disabled in this beta and the in-app policy is bundled for offline reading. LUT import accepts only file URLs; select files already downloaded to your device. Other file providers are controlled by you and iOS. Save to Photos adds a copy to the local system library. If iCloud Photos or device backup is enabled, iOS may sync or back up data according to your system settings; the app cannot turn off that system sync. You can also manage or export local documents yourself through the Files app.
4. Retention and deletion
Originals and preferences remain locally until you delete the corresponding content or delete the app. Deleting a photo removes its app-managed originals, thumbnail and legacy temporary export. New temporary style renders are cleaned up when the save operation finishes. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading an app while keeping documents and data is different. Copies in Photos, files you exported elsewhere and system backups are independent and must be managed or deleted in their respective locations. We have no server copies of your photos.
5. TestFlight services
Apple provides TestFlight installation, updates, crash diagnostics and feedback. The publishing account holder may receive test diagnostics supplied by Apple and feedback, screenshots or contact details you choose to submit, under Apple’s TestFlight terms and privacy information. The app has no built-in usage analytics or crash reporting SDK. Check screenshots and text before submitting feedback to avoid including information you do not wish to share.
6. Contact and privacy requests
If you email aureolecinematic@qq.com, we use the address and contents you provide only to respond and handle your request, retaining them for the time needed to do so. You may use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of this correspondence. Do not send unnecessary private photos or sensitive information. The app requires no account, so there is no app account to delete.
7. Children, updates and this website
The app does not provide online services directed at children or actively collect children’s information. Changes to this policy will update the date and appear in later app versions and on the public page. When visiting the public policy page, the hosting platform may process IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver and protect the website. The page embeds no advertising, analytics, external fonts or feedback forms. Website delivery is separate from on-device photo processing.
